2. Product / Service
The subject of the contract is the software license, subscription or digital service the Buyer selects on the BayPro checkout page. The product name, package, term (monthly, yearly, one-time or lifetime), update coverage and quantity are shown in the Plan Summary and Review & Pay steps of the checkout and form an integral part of this notice.
3. Price and Payment
- The total price is shown on the checkout page in Turkish lira (TRY), including applicable taxes.
- The tax treatment for buyers established outside Turkey is shown separately on the checkout page.
- Payment is made by credit/debit card through the payment provider's secure page or, for buyers in Turkey only, by bank transfer. BayPro does not store card details.
- Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each selected period; the renewal price is notified before the period ends.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered electronically; there is no physical delivery. Once the payment is confirmed, the license or subscription is added to the Buyer's customer account and the license key and download links are sent by email. For bank transfers, delivery takes place after the payment has reached and been confirmed by BayPro.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for services performed instantly online or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (software licenses, digital content).
However, under the conditions set out in the Terms of Use, BayPro offers new customers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee from the date of the first purchase. Refund requests are sent in writing to [email protected]; refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
6. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints can be sent to BayPro using the contact details above. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts above those limits.
7. Acknowledgement
Before completing the purchase, the Buyer confirms electronically that they have read this notice and have been informed of the main characteristics, total price, payment and delivery terms of the product/service and of the right of withdrawal.
