The problem: the program is on a stick, the job is on a machine
Job programs (G-code) usually reach CNC machines on a USB stick: prepared in engineering, copied to a stick, carried to the machine and loaded. If the same part runs on several machines, every step repeats for each one.
Controllers from different makers make a central solution harder; each maker's network option differs and some machines have none. The one thing they all share is the USB port.

Nasıl çalışır
To the machine, just a USB drive plugged in
W-Stick plugs into the machine's USB port and joins the factory network. While a new program is written it briefly detaches from the machine and reconnects when done; the machine sees this as the drive being plugged in again.

Every machine on one screen
Each machine's W-Stick appears as a tile on the panel; its connection is checked every few seconds. Programs go to a single machine, or to all selected machines at once with bulk transfer.
The activity log below shows who sent or deleted which program on which machine, and when. The application requires a username and password.

The device
Brand-independent, because USB is the common language
We designed W-Stick in-house for this project; it runs a small embedded Linux. The machine sees an ordinary USB drive, while the device talks to the management application over the factory network.
That is why the same method works across controllers such as FANUC, Mitsubishi and Yaskawa, without touching the machine's software, settings or warranty. The device can be restarted or shut down remotely from the panel.
