It reads the name, date and amount for you

When a scan is done, Katla reads the text on the page right on the phone. For invoices, receipts, contracts, warranties, policies and bank receipts it finds the name, date, amount and issuer and suggests them.

You just confirm, or adjust the suggestion as you like. No more naming documents by hand.

Find

Find it by a word inside

You don't have to remember what you called it. Type "invoice", "warranty", an amount or a company name; Katla shows the documents and the line where it appears.

Accents and letter case don't matter, and the search runs entirely on your phone.

A PDF at the size you need

Share a document as PDF or JPG. A form that says "2 MB at most"? Pick the target size and Katla makes the file fit.

Save to your gallery or the phone's Downloads folder, and add images and PDFs from other apps by sharing them to Katla.

Backup

Your backup stays with you

Pick a folder; your archive is copied there and kept up to date after every change.

Every backed-up document is a plain PDF that opens without Katla, so your documents are never locked into the app. On a new phone, point to the same folder and your archive comes back.
