On a bonded warehouse site, there are dozens of small steps between a truck arriving at the gate and leaving after unloading: recording the plate, placing it in the queue, the driver waiting, being directed to the right gate, the gate opening, the security check, loading and exit.

When these steps are managed with paper lists, radios and disconnected Excel files, waiting times grow, drivers are sent to the wrong gate, and a security officer has to perform manual checks at every gate.

The system we developed turns this scattered process into a single digital flow. IP cameras positioned at each gate read the plate automatically (ANPR), the system matches the plate against the trusted plate list and opens the gate automatically for authorized vehicles. When the next vehicle is called, the driver instantly receives an SMS, and the digital board on site shows which plate should go to which gate.

From the security checkpoint to the management dashboard, the whole team sees the same data at the same time. The result: waiting times are shortened, manual errors are eliminated, and the need for staff waiting at every gate is minimized.
